Since 2009, SKINNYPIZZA® has been on a mission to redefine New York-style pizza. SKINNYPIZZA® is built around a Tonda Romana-inspired, ultra-thin crust with naturally fermented sourdough, imported organic tomatoes, farm-to-table toppings, and all-natural, hormone-free proteins. We believe pizza should be lighter and made with ingredients that fit YOUR personal lifestyle.

We believe great pizza starts with great dough. Our naturally fermented sourdough crust is made with a live starter and fermented for 48 hours to create a crisp, flavorful crust that's lighter on the gut, with no potassium bromate. Prefer something different? We've got you with Gluten-Free and Cauliflower options.

Our sauce starts with imported, USDA Organic Italian whole peeled tomatoes. Naturally sweet and full of rich tomato flavor, they're the foundation of every SKINNYPIZZA®. Made without added salt or unnecessary additives, our sauce lets the quality of the tomatoes speak for themselves.

The Pinsa
Pinsa Romana.
Pinsa Romana is our signature Roman-style pizza, crafted with a long-fermented sourdough for a light, airy crust that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Hand-stretched into its classic oval shape and topped with premium ingredients.
